Lull Telehandlers
Since 1959, Lull has been producing telehandlers. Their machines have been designed for load placement with their patented Stabil-Trak stability system. This system offers a lot more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide various optional attachments and these telehandlers could really help you accomplish all your needs, whilst being safe and efficient at the worksite. When accuracy and precision are really important, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you require.
The Future
Numerous attachments have been engineered and made to be able to make rough terrain forklifts as efficient as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to position materials in a more precise manner. The articulating booms or booms come with 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures so as to place loads on interior roof slope settings or in the center of upper floors. New products and attachments are being engineered and made all the time and will be available in the future.
Lots of improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. Like for example, load-reach management devices are able to automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled rather than relying on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized to be able to know the load weight. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory would compare the extension of the boom and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is a warning system or an essential lock-up device that prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
